  My family and I love Black Pine! Excellent sushi. Amazing staff. And family friendly (which having kids that love sushi, too, rocks)!

  Unbelievable. The sushi is delicious (try the Salmon On The Beach roll). The service is borderline telepathic. They bring my diet cokes as fast as I can suck em down. And let me tell you....so fast it'll make yer butt cheeks fly off! The sweet potato roll is probably an under-ordered roll. And it shouldn't be. Here is a five point summary as to why.
  
  1. It comes out slightly warm. The sweet potato is only "just cooked through". The texture alone is a reason to order it.
  
  2. It comes with that sweet ass black sauce on it. The sweet potato is a pretty meaty root vegetable. The sweet black sauce is perfect on it. And they know it. So that's why they did it.
  
  3. Its cheap. 3 rolls will only set you back whatever how much one costs multiplied by three is. Not much if you do the math.
  
  I hope I have made my point in that The Black Pine Tree is a fine eatery and should be frequented probably twice a week.
  
  If you're wondering about the other two points, you'll just have to go there and find out for yourself. Not because I couldn't think of any.

  Waited for ever for food to arrive; wife's came first, mine 15 minutes later!! Refused it. Never go back! Much better establishments around town than to deal with type of service...!

  I love this restaurant. Perfect for couples and small groups. The food is fresh and there are plenty of options. I would recommend to anyone looking for good sushi.
